Returns
We want you to love what you’ve ordered. So if something isn’t right we will gladly accept returns or do everything we can to put it right.
Returns/Refunds Policy:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from WOMAMA, please return the product(s) to us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase. Refunds will be made using the original payment method or by cheque. Just return your parcel to the address below and pop in a note explaining the reason for return/refund, package securely with copy of the packing slip and receipt. Courier in original condition, i.e. unworn, and with original tags to:

Please allow up to 5 working days for your exchanges or refunds to be processed once we receive them. We are unable to exchange or refund used or customer damaged goods.
The cost of delivery for returns or refunds is not refundable but we are happy to cover the cost of delivering your replacement items to you.

Exchanges Policy:
If you wish to exchange a garment, please send it back with a note enclosed with your order. Please state clearly why the garment is not suitable and what you want to exchange it for. When we courier out your new garment no delivery fee will be charged with exchanged items throughout NZ.
Back Order/Delivery Delay
Some of our range is very popular and despite our best efforts we sometimes have a shortfall in supply. At this time while we wait for new supply, your order is placed on “back order” awaiting delivery. Should the need arise you can cancel your order at anytime for a full refund. You will be notified if “back order” applies to you.
Privacy Policy
WOMAMA values the relationship we have with our customers and we respect your privacy. Your privacy is very important to us. We can assure you that at Womama we will not share, sell, trade or give away any personal information that we receive from our customers.
The information we collect is used only to process your order and to measure customer interest in our products.
Customer protection:
Our web site payments page is secured by Secure Sockets Layer. The secure server software encrypts all of your credit card details. This ensures that your information can not be read by anyone else over the internet.
Delivery:
New Zealand Deliveries We know that you will want your WOMAMA garments as soon as possible. Throughout New Zealand we deliver using NZ Couriers. Your garments can be couriered to your door or place of work. Sorry no PO Boxes.
Express courier NZD$7.00 (Delivery target, next working day) Monday - Friday
Please note that orders received before 1pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Rural deliveries may take up to 3 days.
You will be notified via email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
We can not deliver to PO Box numbers, on Public holidays or weekends.
International Deliveries We are happy to send your orders outside of New Zealand, the following options are available:
AUSTRALIA/SOUTH PACIFIC – EXPRESS – NZD$30 (up to 4 working days)
AUSTRALIA/SOUTH PACIFIC – ECONOMY – NZ$15 (up to two weeks)
REST OF THE WORLD – EXPRESS – NZ$65 (up to 4 working days)
REST OF THE WORLD – ECONOMY – NZ$30 (up to two weeks)
Orders are sent by NZ Post International Air Post.
International Shipping Policy and Terms
When placing an International order you will accept and agree to WOMAMA International Orders Policy and Terms. By doing so, you will agree and accept to the local customs fee at the time of delivery. New Zealand Goods and Services Taxes are deducted from the total of your product order when your order us processed. Goods and Services tax are not deducted form the shipping rate. As the customer you agree to pay any and all such fees that the destination's government deems necessary. It can generally be 25% of the value of your order, but this varies from country.
If you do not accept the package upon delivery, and the package is returned to WOMAMA, you as the customer will accept the shipping fees to and from your shipping destination.
WOMAMA will send your garments as soon as possible. Please make sure all your details are correct. If we need to verify anything with you we will email you.
